75g Ground Almonds
1 tbsp desiccated coconut (more for rolling)
1 tbsp cocao powder (more for rolling)
1 tbsp chia seeds or sesame seeds
1-2 tbsp Nut Butter
75g Water (any liquid will work)
Weight out the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix them well. Dice the dates into small pieces. Mix the dates into the dry mix as well as you can to avoid having lumps of dates in some of your balls.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well. You should use your hands and knead it like bread until it is well combined. Roll into 20 even sized balls. Store in the fridge for at least an hour. They should last at least a week in an airtight container. You will probably eat them quicker than that though.
