Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/2 cup Berries, frozen mixed
3/4 cup Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup dried Cranberries
1 1/4 cups Almonds
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup dessicated Coconut.
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 cups water
Soak 1 cup of almonds in water overnight if possible. Drain the almonds and add them to 2 cups of fresh water. Blitz in a blender. Add the banana, berries and fresh/frozen cranberries. Blitz to smooth. Roughly chop/bash the other 1/4 cup almonds and the pumpkin seeds. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the smoothie.
