Energy Bars, Pistachio Apple Bars with Chia Seeds

1/4 cup of diced dried Apple

1/4 cup of dried cranberries

1 1/4 cup of puffed cereal

1 cup of jumbo oats

1/3 cup honey

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of chia seeds

1/3 cup of pistachios

1/3 cup of peanut butter

Heat your oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray with some non-stick baking paper. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Place all the mixture about 1/2 an inch thick onto the backing paper. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Cut it into bars while it is still warm as it will get harder to colder it gets. Cool on a wire rack.
